TCSO’s 2025/26 season is just around the corner. We’ll start with a concert September 14th showcasing the many women who have helped to create great music, often in spite of difficult conditions and limited opportunity. This concert will feature works ranging from Fanny Mendelssohn’s Overture in C Major to Stephanie Berg’s “Study in Red.” The season continues October 26th with the premiere of John Meurer’s Deuces, Treys, and One-Eyed Jacks: A Cowboy Symphony, along with a variety of other spooky favorites at our Halloween concert. In December TCSO will return to the St. Louis Art Museum on the 12th with “Troika” from Prokofiev’s Lieutenant Kijé and Holst’s “In the Bleak Midwinter.” We’ll perform the same program again on December 21st at Principia. On April 12th, 2026 guest conductor Rolynd della Sylvan will conduct a concert of dangerous and beautiful music. Finally, the season will conclude with Thomas Pandolfi playing Gershwin’s Concerto in F.
All programs are subject to change. The Festive Friday concert at the St. Louis Art will be at 7:00 pm in SLAM’s Farrell Auditorium. All other concerts will be at 2:30pm in Principia’s Ridgway Auditorium.
Thanks to the generous support of our audience, our musicians, the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis, and the public support of the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency, we are able to make our concerts free. Seating is open and no tickets are required.
Note: This program originally included local Jazz and Blues artist Lady J. Huston and SLSO’s Erin Schreiber. We hope to reschedule both for the 2026-27 season.
