Join TCSO as we explore the colorful and inspiring contributions of Women in Music. Fantasia on Welsh Nursery Tunes by Grace Williams combines dignity and whimsy in equal measure. Also on the program are Emma Lou Diemer’s contemplative “Aria” for string orchestra, Lady J’s rhythmic “Hide-Away” in a new orchestral arrangement by Kurt Silver, Hubert Parry’s Lady Radnor’s Suite, the overture to Mozart’s Così fan tutte, and the finale from Lalo’s Symphonie espagnole featuring Rising Talents medalist Zoe Baldwin.
